MACHINERY STOCK, ASSEMBLY FACILITY
We place a very strong emphasis on streamlining the manufacturing process. The machines and equipment that we use allow us to achieve high efficiency and also to manufacture furniture of very good quality.
Our machinery stock consists of:
- Morbidelli Author 503 machining centre,
- Biesse veneer machine,
- REMA panel saws,
- membrane press for the production of bent fronts,
- devices from such companies as BOSCH, HILTI, FESTOOL,
- and own transport.
We specialize in the production of bent fronts.
MANUFACTURING FACILITY
Our production hall gives a wide range of possibilities to create furniture for individual orders.
It depends on our client and his imagination what kind of furniture we will create for the interior he dreams about.
PAINT SHOP
We also have our own paint shop, polishing shop, and grinding shop, thanks to which we have each component under constant control from the beginning to the end of the manufacturing stage.
WALL PANELS, FRONTS
We also make wall panels, as well as CNC-milled fronts made of MDF, plywood, and various materials suitable for milling.
QUALIFIED STAFF
We pay very close attention to the final result. Our highly skilled employees refine every detail.
